Shop of Threads is a family owned and operated on-line embroidery business, located in Schaumburg, Il. We are your one stop shop for embroidered personal gifts and business marketing needs. We offer excellent customer service and do our best to help you in any way we can. We try to accommodate all large orders we get requests for, however, we are not a large business and if we feel we cannot accommodate your needs, we will try to find someone who can.

Are you looking for a digitized logo? We also digitize logo's that requires a digitizing fee. We only digitize logos that would be placed on our products. Should we not carry a product that you would need, we would not have a problem ordering that product for you.

All personalized embroidered products will be sent an approval email in regards to the finished product. Shop of Threads does not, under any circumstances, except  personalized item returns, once you receive your Item(s) via delivery or shipping.

We always send a proof picture of the finished item(s).

Should your package get lost in the shipping process or damaged, and we hope that never happens. Please contact the shipping carrier. We will always send a tracking number to you after your item has shipped. We cannot do a thing about shipping issues.

We deliver packages for a small fee to the Schaumburg, and too few other surrounding Suburbs.. Our delivery days or Monday and Thursday for locals within a certain radius for our shop location. Please call to find out if that service would include the area your looking to have your delivery to.

We can gift wrap any of our embroidered items, for local delivery only.
